Since Wando, I went to Clemson University and graduated with a bachelors Electrical Engineering and a minor in Math. After doing some technology consultancy work and bumming around in Europe, I married a fellow Wando '99 classmate, Rebecca Nunan. I'm now living and working in Stuttgart, Germany, doing web development and project engineering. I've also started several small sites, including Clemson TALK, Clemson Wiki, and my personal blog. Feel free to drop me a line!
Be sure to register an account here so we can keep you in the loop. Looking forward to seeing everyone soon...

still in mt. pleasant
Hey, class of '99!
I married fellow classmate Danny Messervy 3 years ago and we live in Snee Farm with our dog, Stewie. I'm in real estate and Daniel owns a car wash in Ladson. I still hang out with a lot of the same crowd from Wando: Leigh (Berry) Mills, Sara (David) Bowers, Corbett Coats, Megan Shelley...
Can't wait to see you all at the reunion and hear more about your life on the forums!
Thanks, Victor, for getting the site up & running! This will be a great way for us to stay in touch and to disseminate details on the reunion, which is just around the corner.... June '09!

Hey it's Jeff, Since
Hey it's Jeff,
Since graduating from Wando, I have returned to my roots. I went back to the jungle and rejoined the puma tribe that I left so long ago. They didn't welcome me back at first, but time heals all wounds, and now I am a respected member of the pack. In fact with a little hard work and some more fresh kills, I could become one of the leaders of the pack
Surviving Charleston
Hey everyone! Since graduating, I've done, well, all kinds of things. I got married in 2001, and my husband and I now have a beautiful son, Christian, who is four. Being a mom is awesome...and I LOVE having a crazy, wacky preschooler running around. We, as a family, love cars, and hope to *very soon* find a great 68 camaro to restore. I am a department manager now for Target, but for the last seven years I was a reservations manager at a vacation rental firm. As strange as it sounds, I LOVE working for Target. Great people, and I get to run around and talk to people all day.
It's so hard to believe that so much time has passed already. So soon and it'll be 2009...yikes! Wait.....crap, that means 30 is coming. Bleh.

Surviving? Missing Charleston
After Wando, I moved to Germany for a year and studied Engineering aboad (traveled more than I studied), but I eventually came home and graduated from Virginia Tech in 2004. Since then I've been living in Philadelphia/DC mix for work, doing mostly VoIP technology consulting for Accenture.
DC is great, but you can't beat the sunshine and beaches in Charleston; I'm always looking for excuses to visit. Sadly I know a good number of VT hokies in the Charleston area, but I haven't seen anyone from highschool in years! Hope everyone is doing well; I can't believe 2009 will make 10 years.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN :) Take Care
Michelle
Yep, surviving!
Maybe it would be more fun if my slacker old best friend would come to town more often!

The weirdest thing is going
The weirdest thing is going to be calling everyone by their new (married) names... which I'm going to refuse to do.
Loving Charleston!!
Well- After graduating I went to C of C and graduated in 2003. I've stayed in the Charleston Area and currently do Administrative work for Daniel Ravenel Sotheby's International Realty (long name, I know...) I recently built my new home in West Ashley and I am loving all the space! I also just got married Nov. 4th to my best friend ever. Like Victor, I also refuse to call people by their new married names- just seems odd :) Time has flown by and I am really looking forward to seeing everyone again at the reunion!!
